Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pabloswtfcircus@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Damaged Returns

For returns not related to damage or defect (e.g. changed your mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items such as pierced jewelry that has been worn may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but our standard return process will apply.
