Welcome to Pablo's WTF Circus. By using this site and placing an order, you're agreeing to what follows.

**Who can order**

You need to be at least 18, or shopping with a parent or guardian's supervision.

**Our designs**

Some of our designs are crude, absurd, or not safe for your grandmother. That's the point. Product images and titles show you exactly what you're getting, so please look before you buy.

**Products and pricing**

We work to keep product details and prices accurate, but errors happen. We may correct mistakes, update information, and change prices at any time without notice.

**Orders**

We may refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limits on availability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

**Shipping, returns, and refunds**

**Intellectual property**

The designs, artwork, text, and logos on this site belong to Pablo's WTF Circus. Buying a shirt gets you a shirt — it doesn't grant you the right to reproduce or resell the artwork on it.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email pabloswtfcircus@gmail.com and we'll look into it promptly.

**Limitation of liability**

To the extent the law allows, Pablo's WTF Circus isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the products bought through it. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

**Changes**

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept them.
