Shipping Policy

Everything in the Circus is made to order. We don't keep a warehouse full of shirts — your item gets printed once you buy it, which is why the design you get is fresh and why it takes a few days before it ships.

**Production time**

Orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days.

**Shipping time**

Once your order leaves the print shop, standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days. All of our printing is done at facilities in the US, so there's no international transit and no customs.

Most orders land within about a week and a half of ordering. Larger orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package, sometimes on different days.

**Shipping costs**

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Express options, when available, are shown at checkout.

**Where we ship**

United States only, for now.

**Order tracking**

You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating once the carrier scans it in.

**Delays**

Occasionally a print run, a carrier, or the weather has other plans. If your order is running well past the estimate above, email us at pabloswtfcircus@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.
